2.Heart Health
Black tea may improve heart health by lowering LDL cholesterol and improving blood vessel function, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Flavonoids in black tea enhance blood flow and reduce the risk of stroke and coronary heart disease.
3.Digestive Aid
The tannins in black tea reduce gut inflammation and promote healthy digestion. Black tea's antimicrobial properties combat harmful bacteria in the digestive tract, promoting a healthy balance of gut flora.

Household & Cleaning
Place a cold brewed tea bag in a spray bottle and spritz some on the mirror then and wipe it clean with paper towels or a clean microfiber cloth. The Tannic acid in tea leaves can efficiently resolve dirt.
Wound Care
Drop them in hot water and keep it stewed for a little while then apply the soaked black bag and leaves on your bruised skin for about 5 minutes. The tannic acid contained in tea leaves helps contract the blood vessels and reduce the swelling and inflammation symptoms.

Production Process of Black Tea
Step 1: Wither
Freshly harvested tea leaves are spread out in an even layer in metal troughs, and fans are used to pull and push air across the leaves. During this period, we will closely monitor the humidity, as achieving the required amount of moisture loss is crucial for the final flavor of the tea.
Step 2: Roll
To initiate the oxidation process that gives black tea its color and flavor, the cell walls of the tea leaves must be broken down through rolling. The rolling process releases enzymes and essential oils from the tea leaves and exposes them to air, catalyzing chemical reactions that produce the unique flavor.
Step 3: Oxidize
It is during this stage that a noticeable metamorphosis from pale green to a rich golden brown occurs. Since oxidation takes place spontaneously at a wide range or room temperatures, this process will continue until the leaves are dried under heat.
Step 4: Dry
After the leaves have been allowed to react with the air for a sufficient time, they are placed in a dryer for finishing. The heat involved in this final phase halts the oxidation process and locks in the qualities developed at just the right levels.
Step 5: Classification
In the black tea process and its production, classification is carried out by experts who meticulously separate the leaves according to their size, shape, and quality. This ensures that the production is as uniform as possible and meets quality standards.
Step 6: Packaging
Finally, the sorted tea is packaged in containers designed to maintain its freshness and flavor. Whether packaged in boxes or vacuum-sealed bags, the packaging of black tea ensures it arrives at the customer's door in optimal condition.

Aromatherapy
The soothing aroma of Jasmine Tea is widely appreciated in aromatherapy for its calming effects on both the mind and body. The floral scent of jasmine flowers is known to have a relaxing, mood-lifting influence, making it ideal for stress relief.

Jasmine tea is also best enjoyed simply as is, without milk or sweeteners like honey. Nothing else is needed to fully appreciate the delicate floral flavour of your jasmine tea. Here’s how to make a wonderfully fragrant jasmine tea. For a single serve, you’ll need:
Bring water to a boil using a temperature controlled kettle or in a pot over the stove.
Water should be heated to around 70-90 degrees celsius. If your jasmine tea blend uses black or oolong tea, the water can be brought to the boil.
Once your desired temperature is reached, add the tea leaves including the jasmine flowers to the water.
Steep your tea for up to 3 minutes. Jasmine tea is typically more delicate and doesn’t require a long steeping time.
Strain your tea through a tea strainer and enjoy your fragrant and floral cup of jasmine tea.
The production of jasmine tea is a delicate and time-consuming process. The first step is to harvest the tea leaves. The best tea leaves for jasmine tea are picked in the spring, when they are young and tender.
Once the tea leaves are harvested, they are processed and dried. The next step is to scent the tea leaves with jasmine flowers. This is done by layering the tea leaves with jasmine blossoms and allowing them to infuse for several hours.
The scenting process is repeated several times to ensure that the tea leaves absorb the full aroma of the jasmine flowers. Once the scenting process is complete, the tea leaves are dried again.
